The built-in lightweight Visio will be available from Office Online and will come with a number of design templates, including basic flowcharts and process diagrams, and is customized to support collaboration.
Microsoft's fine print says early access will be available only for a limited number of tenants and that it is not yet available in the EU. It can be obtained through Office 365 through a paid subscription. Microsoft Visio Pro makes it easy for IT and business professionals to visualise, explore. Officials said the lightweight version will provide core Visio features, allowing business users to create, edit, and share diagrams. Visio Pro for 365 has same capabilities as the retail Visio Professional 2016.
